I'm sorry, I can't lie, I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Gilbert and staff were FANTASTIC!!!! They're patient, kind and don't mind explaining everything they're doing. I was able to get an appointment for a cleaning, and get work done all in the same day while being established as a new patient! That right there was a thumbs up for me. I have a crazy work schedule so it's hard for me to get back and forth to appointments. They're so Awesome, that I decided to schedule appointments for my daughter's as well. Dr Gilbart, Lucy , is a very caring and excellent dentist. The staff are helpful land friendly. It is a pleasure to spend money there.
My family goes here, but recently was my first visit. The doctor was very thorough after my cleaning, discussing some of the things that needed to be addressed in future appointments. He thoroughly answered all my questions and took the time to talk to me for a good 15 minutes. I’ve never had a dentist take the time that he did. I’d highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
I have had great experiences with both Dr. Lucy and her husband; they are both attentive and listen to me when I have issues or concerns. I definitely recommend them, especially to people who don't particularly like going to the dentist or have anxiety surrounding it.
My wife and I have been going here for several years. Great dental care. Friendly staff & clean facility. We are very happy with the dental care we get at Gilbarts. We highly recommend.
Today was my 2nd visit - I can not tell you how nice and kind the office staff is not to mention, Jen, who cleaned my teeth. She walked me through my x-rays, told me what she thought about my xrays and told me what to expect at my next visit. - totally easing my anxiety. Highly recommend!!!!!
