I highly recommend Dr.Bunnell. He was very personable and just an all around good human. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, look no further. The staff is also excellent!
I am a GM retiree.. my appointment was made three weeks in advance. I did the online check in the day before my appointment. The day of my appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get there and when I walked up to the counter. I was told we don’t take your insurance , that I could pay cash if I wanted to. It sure would’ve been nice if somebody would’ve called and told me that they don’t take my insurance before I drove all the way there and then back home.
Appreciate how kind he was to me, I previously was seeing another eye doctor who was always extremely hateful towards me and gave me a misdiagnosis for glaucoma. Whereas doctor Bunnell did an extremely thorough exam which showed I do not have that. I don't know where some doctors have lost their sense of compassion but all I can say is thank you Dr Bunnell. It means the world when someone can show show that small bit of kindness to make you feel better when they have no idea what a person is going through.
