Dr. Benson is a wonderful physician! He is very thorough and I've never left feeling like I had unanswered questions! His nurse Cynthia and the rest of his staff are warm and helpful! I highly recommend this practice!

How refreshing. Dr. Benson actually looked at my file the night before my appointment and was prepared for my visit. I could not believe this!!! There is not many Doctors that actually take the time to prepare for a visit. His attitude is to help the patient. He is so easy to talk with and he makes a game plan for your issue and explains why and sets FUP for you. He takes your issues seriously. I cannot recommend this Doctor enough. He is absolutely the best!!
I just want to say that Dr. Benson and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I never feel like "just another patient". They seem to genuinely care about their patients. Also, because of my family history, Dr. Benson's office sent me a letter to have my first colonoscopy at a younger age than usual. That colonoscopy saved my life!! My results were abnormal and I possibly wouldn't be alive today, if it weren't for the excellent care from Dr. Benson and his staff.

I am a former patient of Dr. Benson's ONLY because the company I work for now has S Plan BCBS and Dr. Benson does not take that insurance. So I had to find another Gastroenterologist in Nashville. I can not tell you how greatly blessed I was to be a patient of Dr. Benson's. I have a severe gut problem and find once again as in the past that good Gastro Doctors are almost impossible to find. Do yourselves a favor and go see Dr. Benson if you need a GREAT gastro Dr.!!!!!!!!!!
