Dr. Benson performed my colonoscopy. He was very friendly. He really put me at ease, answered all of my questions and had an excellent bedside manner. The procedure went well. His staff that called me with my results were very patient, polite, friendly and also took time to answer all of my questions in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend Dr. Benson and I will return to him again when needed. Thank you!
Dr. Jonathan Benson has been my GI doctor for several years and I entrust him with my healthcare. He is very thorough and listens to my needs and explains my diagnosis in detail. I feel confident with Dr. Benson and his recommendations. Sadly, I hate to see Dr. Benson leave this practice after building a great rapport. I wish him well as he relocates. Great physician. Office staff and follow-up with procedure results non-existent. I left several messages without response from his office. I cannot believe office is run this poorly!

I had a very difficult time here. No matter how many times I said that Golytely preps don’t work on me, I had to try them three times. The first time they simply could not do the colonoscopy (but charged me, of course) and the woman who spoke to me was sure it was my fault. That continued thru all three times including the one Dr Benson finally did, but still said I was “poorly prepped.” The same woman called to tell me I was fine and confused me with another patient. Never going back.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a zero score. the score reflects more on Dr. Benson's staff than him, although I am beginning to doubt his ability to provide quality care, given that the colonoscopy I received with 13 other patients on the same day ran horribly behind, very short of any recovery time or consultation. This is day 12 and I still have not received my results. I am bundling up my records and going to a doctor who isn't running a cattle farm.
