Dr. Jon JP Warner is the best of the best!!!!! On September 16, 2018, working as a firefighter, I was injured when I fell through a floor at a 3 alarm building fire. My right arm hyperextended over my head as I fell through the floor and was broken in three places. All of my fractures occurred near or at the head of my humerus. I sustained a severe shoulder fracture in a fall. The first doctor I saw gave me a terrible prognosis. I went to Dr. Warner with little hope. He recommended a procedure and answered all my questions. I am now five months out of surgery and I have no pain, full motion and my strength is improving daily. Some have described him negatively. I completely disagree. He was an 1 hr. Late and I felt he rushed my appt. Only 10 min and then his PA came in and explain more for me to understand
Dr. Warner is a superb surgeon. I recently has a reverse prothesis on my left shoulder and I ha less pain the day after surgery than the day before. No need for narcotics and the scar is neat and clean. He is an amazing surgeon who has seen it all. Recommend without reservation. If you have a difficult case, he is the physician to see. He has great team of fellows and his whole staff is extremely patient focused. After one week I was totally pain free without medication. He is a healer!
Dr. Warner did a total shoulder replacement for me on Oct.2 2017. Today six months later it is perfect! He is a brilliant Dr. , very thorough, spent a lot of time with me and answered every question I had . He put the X-rays of my shoulder up on the computer and showed my husband and I exactly what he planned to do. I have extremely tiny bones and Dr. Warner had the perfect replacement made for me. I am most grateful to him. I would NEVER use anyone else. He is a true professional and also very kind!

In 2011 Dr Warner did a tendon transfer on my right shoulder. I was told there were only two doctors who were qualified to do the operation. I am going to tell u, I picked the best. I have a shoulder that I can use and without any pain. Dr Warner is a very skilled surgeon! He a doctor I will never forget! Thank you, Art Lemire
I am thankful I was able to have my two shoulders replaced by Dr. Warner. I am so very happy with the outcome. I can live pain free and would highly recommend Dr. Warner to all. I am also very happy with MGH.
