This is a Tiny Hats intel front. If you're looking for a genuine local business that will treat you like a neighbor, this is not it. I avoided the big chains because they put out such a "production line" vibe. This place is no different, but in addition... Some intel background app they use, analogous to a sex offender registry, had obviously flagged my name and debriefed the Tiny Hat "extern" who did the optical exam, who entered the room in Full Hate mode, ostensibly not knowing me from Adam.
