Lots of reviews on here are correct. This office does not care to help you fight with your insurance. If you get a denial for surgery they will just send you packing. My wife contacted them through the portal because no one would talk to her live. She asked bout seeing if they would change the procedure because the insurance said the proposed one was too drastic and appeal with insurance. The communication back was "you can be self pay". I have never seen this in my 25+ years of being an administrator in healthcare. It is yo... read more

Too busy to answer a phone call. Broke my spine on a trip. The receptionist said he couldn’t even see me or speak to me until April everything by then would Long be set and healing? Just like all Utah doctors just a money grab don’t care about patients
Dr. Jon Kimball is the most amazing surgeon I have met! As a registered nurse I have worked with many surgeons in the OR. Dr. Kimball is exceptional! 10 months ago I walked into his office for a surgical consult. I knew immediately he knew his stuff! He is very knowledgeable on every aspect of neurology and surgical intervention pertaining to his profession.What should have been a 3-4 hour surgery ended up being a 10 hour surgery! Dr Kimball is amazing and he is forward and tells you the best option for your health and back. He did my spine surgery December 8, 2025 and with his amazing expertise after 10 hours in surgery I am very happy with the outcome so far.
