If you told me, a fashionista that loves clothes and makeup that I would be writing a 5-star review for heating and cooling I would have laughed! But here I am writing this review for the BEST heating and cooling company -IMHO- in Bakersfield. I had the unfortunate experience of having my cooling go out just before the 4th of July. Bad bad bad cut my ducking reports to prove wanted 1200 then called back w 700 after wanting second opinion called police videos are being sent i have cameras too bad he didn't see
Jon was very professional and punctual. We have a home warranty that required maintenance check on our AC and furnace yearly.The home warranty set up the appointment for us so I was worried we would have someone that would take advantage, not the case. He check everything out asked if I needed to change our filter, explained what he was checking and made a recommendation to replace a worn part. We found our "go to" to AC service company. They came out in an hour and fixed my heater in the dark. I was so happy to see that someone still cares!
We called Jon Dooley Heating and Cooling to fix our heater. The guy who came was very nice and helped us out with the furnace. So now they’ve become a regular for our home. Also, they cleaned up their work very nicely. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Fixed the heater fast last winter and maintenance on my AC this summer, no problems. Much appreciated. Always excellent service. That’s why I use them, for their reliability.
The guy who came out was real nice and he’s very handsome too. Won’t be hesitant to call on your service again, for more than just the eye candy, of course. Always great service, keep doing on what you’re doing.
