This man can not be trusted. He cares nothing about the patient and lied to me. He ordered unnecessary tests and then they "lost" the results. Twice. Totally incompetent and rude staff.
I had prostrate cancer. Dr. Derksen could not have been more knowledgeable, compassionate and decisive. The staff excels too. They treat you with respect and aren’t overly familiar with you. No presumptive first name addressing of you. Office runs smooth, efficient and on time.
He not only conveyed necessary information, I felt that he actually cared about my situation. I'd work w/him again in a heartbeat!

Dr. Derksen has a vast, up to date knowledge of urological issues. He puts patient care first ! He spent a lot of time reviewing and explaining procedures. We would highly recommend him.
Very friendly and helpful staff, office was clean and inviting. Dr. Derksen was excellent, answered all of my questions, exceeded the appointment expectations.
I took an active role in my husband’s prostate cancer treatment with Dr. Derksen, and always felt that Dr. Derksen respected and valued my participation. In our visits with him, he took all the time necessary to explain the disease and its treatment, and answered all our questions patiently and completely. The treatment and follow-up have been excellent, and I greatly appreciate Dr. Derksen’s continued understanding and empathy during my husband’s care.
