He did a large surgery on me. Major bleed the next day. Ended up in ICU. One month later my incision collapsed and he opened me up in the doctor's office while wide awake. He left a major wound that took 3 years to heal. I would not let him help my enemies dog. I will suffer in pain the rest of my life. While he testifies against others for malpractice.
Dr. Jon B Morris is the cream of the crop. His kind and professional demeanor put me at ease for my surgery, as he assured me that he was very experienced in his field. He explained to me what exactly what was going to happen, and things turned out exactly as he said they would. Very great doctor. My operation went fine and am recovering.
My experience with him as a family member of a patient was not impressive. He did a simple procedure for a family member and afterwards, he proceeded to tell me I was not a good doctor due to my score on a written exam. I was surprised by his response as my professors always found me informative. My family member did end up suffering from an accidental puncturing his lung later during a simple central line procedure. But that's what you get with a teaching hospital.
