Customer service is outstanding! All staff is very personable, punctual, and professional. I have used Jolly Good eye care for the past couple years and will continue to return. Both optometrist were very helpful and supportive with my eye are needs.
I came in as a new patient and didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Thao Lien was amazing and actually explained out what my eye pictures meant and everything about my eyes. This was the first doctor to ever do this in my 20+ years of glasses/contacts! Very friendly staff and a great location.
This review is for the New Braunfels location. I have terrible myopia and induced keratonis, so it's difficult to get quick solutions for my eyesight. When one of my custom-ground lenses broke, they were able to get me in next day, find a stopgap solution so that I can see while new lenses are made, and generally treated me with courtesy and kindness. Highly recommend!
