Spring on the door is so tight the door slam on my foot! Awe! Doesn't have to be so tight. They're trying to keep people OUT.
My first time there. Took the combo with chx sand, fries, drink, and mango peach pie. Also took the senior discount too. Good value, very tasty, fast service, etc. Large table allowed for conversation for all 7 of us.
Damn. Waited in line for almost 45 minutes in the drive-through. Either people take too long to order, there are slow workers, or the store is short people. This is ridiculous. Update: The car in front of me had to wait about 2 minutes to finally place their order. Once I got up, I Had to repeat my order multiple times which the person didn’t even input into the system…was kind of annoying. Then the order wasn’t even correct when I got to the window. On a positive note, at least the chicken is hot.
Great food and great people. The manager seems to be the big problem. This Kapolei Jollibee is horribly understaffed every time we visit. This causes very obvious stress to the awesome employees there, and it causes long lines & long wait. It is a very poor management decision to have one of the busiest fast food places on Oahu running with a skeleton crew. I hope their area manager or corporate reps can take a look at this place. The management could use some improvement.
