I honestly don’t understand why this location even has a drive-thru if it’s never used. Every time I come by, the answer is always “drive-thru is closed,” even when the place isn’t busy at all. It doesn’t seem like a staffing issue either — employees are just standing around inside, milking the clock instead of helping customers.
