I dont think the flowers have even been delivered yet but I couldn't wait to edit my review ! After the initial miscommunication (email was lost and not sure about the instagram messages..) the team went above and beyond , the flowers are beautiful and I was able to arrange everything out of the country to be delivered on my friends birthday. It has been a tough year for her- and this means a lot. Thanks team
I have sent emails, messages on Instagram, commented. No response. a shame. Either no one has bothered to check communication or I am being ignored. Either way as someone that is not able to visit in-store it doesn't give me much confidence in their customer service. It shouldn't take two weeks chasing a company to receive some type of acknowledgement.
Joli Jardin went above and beyond to help me surprise a dear friend after her mom’s passing, and the arrangement was everything and more. It was beautiful, thoughtful, and you could truly feel the care behind it. If you’re ever in the Chattanooga area, this is 100% the place to go — wish they were here in Atlanta. Communication was amazing. From beginning to end was seamless and I can’t sing their graces enough.
