I have used this team on three different transactions. I bought a 5-plex a little over four years ago and just sold it. Last year I sold my house and moved about 3 hours away. The house sold while we were in the Philippines. In all transactions they have been top-notch and multiple steps ahead of me. I've recommended them to friends and they also report great interactions.
We just had the Renaissance team sell the 2nd house for us within the last 3 years and there professionalism is unequaled.
