Booked an appointment for thermal treatment for long hair. I didn't know this before going in, but it was only a 1.5hr time slot. My hair is long enough that my appointment went over and she tried to do a rush job when curling my hair and my curls litterally fell an hour later. Also, I had to get my ends clipped during the appointment, which at this salon is the same price as a regular hair cut, my ends were really bad so I said that I would just pay it. This professional diverse Salon is owned by Josephine White she leads a great team of professional master stylist, color, highlights and every kind of professional hair treatment you want.
