Love JoJo’s!!! I always have such a great experience here! The salon is clean, welcoming, and the staff truly care about their work. They take their time and pay attention to every detail, and my nails always turn out beautiful. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible and inconsistent. I’ve been going to JoJo’s for over a year. About every 3rd manicure I get looks good and what I wanted. 70% of the time, they do a terrible job. I came into today with rounded nails. The technician used the Dremel to shorten them, and cut straight across. Cut them too short to be rounded the way I prefer. Then over filed on the sides of my nails to try to accommodate the shape I came in with, wrecking the sides of my nails. Multiple nails are different lengths and don’t match the length ... read more
Katy and her team are truly amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and genuine care. They are incredibly detail-oriented and take real pride in their work, making sure everything looks perfect. What I appreciate most is their honesty and willingness to make adjustments—if something isn’t exactly how you want it, they’re more than happy to fix or change it until you’re completely satisfied.
