Helpful and knowledgeable – The staff at Joint Venture was very helpful in regard to their willingness to share their expertise about antique and estate jewelry. In the end, they did not have exactly what I was looking for, so I did not buy from them, but their helpful staff and extensive selection is certainly motivating to return in the future!

Friendly experts – My husband and I went to Joint Venture to pick out a special ring for my 60th birthday. The person who helped us was so friendly and patient. We never felt hurried or pressured. We chose a beautiful, unique ring and I wear it proudly. We've been back a couple times and the service continued to be excellent and the expert information helped us make choices.
Amazing Find! – Just moved to the area and needed a local jeweler. A work associate told me about Joint Venture - what a terrific concept! They have already repaired some of my jewelry and I found an estate ring that reminds me on one my Grandma wore. It's on layaway because it's Christmas & I shouldn't be buying for myself. Love shopping with a family run business - keeping it local!
Buyer Beware – My husband purchased a "genuine emerald" and diamond ring for me about a year ago at this store. I recently had all of my jewelry reappraised elsewhere and discovered that the "genuine emeralds" were green glass. I contacted the store via email, they stated that it's common practice in a "ring of that age" to list the stones as genuine emeralds when they're glass b/c. Vintage rings are often made of synthetic/glass colored stones-the practice in the 1900s. Dealers use colored stones to date a piece & prove authenticity. The appraised value of the ring determined by the independent appraiser found the price paid was notably under stated value. The ring is mostly diamonds .63tdw, the emeralds are so small (accent stones) the weight wasn?t calculated. Requesting a refund over a year after purchase is not an option. There was no way to satisfy her at this point.
Wonderful job on my custom wedding band – I have a gorgeous but unique engagement ring. After looking around for ever I knew I would need to get a custom wedding band to match iy and sit flush with my E-ring. JV's website had a lot of great information and pictures of their work. Very Happy – After looking at the expansive website, my fiance and myself took a trek to Cary to see the store in person. We were extremely happy that the selection met with our expectations. We found the perfect antique engagement ring and when I say perfect-I mean it! Great place to find one of a kind items – I have done quite a bit of business at Joint Venture. I have sold jewelry, had appraisals done and most recently I had a piece of jewelry designed and made with my stones. My mother passed away and I had a piece of her jewelry that was not my style. Created a one of a kind wedding band for my engagement ring! – Oh MY! I LOVE my new wedding band(s)! Unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend went to Donna to find a unique engagement ring (which he did...i absolutely love it!). When the time came to find a matching band, I struggled.
