Terrible. You’d think in a metropolis area, you’d get better doctors. These doctors are way overbooked, don’t have time to actually listen during appointments, and I have to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment to get test results? What a mess. Military members and their spouses/kids deserve timely care and a personal relationship with their provider. We had better care at our base in the middle of nowhere in South GA.
It's 1100 on a Tuesday and the Dental's phone line says to call back during hours of operation after stating that this is their hours of operation. If you need an appointment you have to show up in person or you can't reach anyone.
