We would love to help out the community. We are well liked and as you know negative reviews often come from people who desire to antagonize others and harass them. Most often negative behaviors are related drug seekers that we refuse to treat. As far as the one negative review here I never have I had any dealings with that person and have never had any clients as such.
NP Brandi Lane is just absolutely phenomenal, I would recommend anyone who needs her services to go check her out. She is beautiful inside and out, and goes above and beyond for her patients no matter the case. The appointments are never rushed and she will make sure she spends her time giving you the best care possible. I could go on for days about why I would not recommend this practice. Earning an NP license and taking an interest in psychiatry does not automatically make someone a competent mental health provider. In my experience, this practitioner misdiagnosed me—something later confirmed by a forensic psychiatrist—and was consistently unreachable for prescription issues, emergencies, or follow-up appointments. Ms. Lane is amazing. I have been seeing her for about 6 months. She has help me alot. I recommend her for adults and especially kids. And her staff is so awesome too.
Brandi is extremely kind and genuine, and it’s clear she cares deeply about her career and clients!
