worst ever – had been given a gift certificate for a salon/day spa downtown and decided to use it yesterday evening. I wanted to pass along to everyone that this place is HORRIBLE. I received the worst eyebrow wax I have ever had (in at least fifteen years of doing so!) The individual who did it was apparently the only person at the salon capable of a brow wax, because I had to wait 45 minutes for her, and then I specifically told her that I like the shape and length of my brows and just needed a clean up. Stephanie - the best I have ever had – Having lived and worked around the country, I will only trust my hair to Stephanie W. She sees the big picture and can give you something fun that you will love! She is an excellent stylist. And, she is known for her color and work with curls. I highly recommend her.
Shondi is the BEST!!! – I went to Joie de Vie on Saturday for the first time. Two of my co-workers get their hair done by Shondi, and they referred me with the utmost praise for her. I only trust Shelli to cut my hair – I have the kind of hair that people stop me on the street to ask about. Although credit should be given to my parents, the rest goes to Shelli. I love my new stylist Michelle – I was refered by a friend to Michelle and I am so pleased. She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the cut I have been wanting. Latest Trends – I visited Joie de Vie while in Austin for business - now I am addicted - I will trust my hair to noone else. Shondi did a great job and now I drive over 3 hours just so she can cut/style my hair!! Shondi is extreemly talended and I highly recomed her to anyone wanting a stylish yet managable hairstyle! Plus the atmosphere is great and I always feel pampered.
Found a new Stylist!! – I was looking for a change after seeing the same stylist for years. I came to Joie de Vie and saw Stephanie. I was very pleased with my results. She took the time to talk with me and figure out what I wanted, and gave me a new look. She gave an awesome head massage too!!! I will definately be back.
