Love love love Joia. But they just took lasagna and manicotti off the menu?! My two favorites. Ugh. Will still go but it's going to be hard to find a replacement for both.
We had Pizza with mushrooms, onions, and meatballs, Very thin crust, each additional was $2.00. It looked like one meatball was put over the whole pizza with an eye dropper. Overpriced. Not enough substance. Cocktail was $10.00. Nice place, but noisy. Won't go again
Paid for the ingredients that they forgot to put on, not visable to the naked eye.
Don't ever go in there thinking you are going to use a coupon or gift card. They will do everything not to honor it.
This was my first visit to Joia's. In short, the food was mediocre and somewhat overpriced ($50.00 for five ravioli with two stray strands of spaghetti, a Chicken Marsala and two mini cannolis). I found the lobster ravioli to be fair in flavor. Lobster should excite your taste buds. This fare didn't. The chicken marsala was tough and flavorless, as if the chicken was tossed on top of pasta as an afterthought, then drizzled with marsala, which excited my taste buds less than the ravioli. My lab enjoyed the chicken.
Best martinis!! 2-4-1 til 7pm. Kathryn is a great waitress/bartender! Love the ambiance of the place. Great pizza too!!
