Very nice place with a warm athmosphere. I loved the live piano music. I had a great time with my other half. We ate, listen to music and of course drank some martinis. The only thing for this place not to get a 5 is that my hubby likes to eat, and the portions were not as big as he was expecting. In general I have ti say very good!
Food and drink excellent as always. Pizza was fantastic! Cloth napkins a little greasy and had an odor. Not appealing. Need to brighten it up inside...maybe open(or remove) those curtains. Service was good...there was always someone close by to clear the table or refill water. Love the place and want to see it do well. I don't criticize, I make recommendations. I think it would help.

Got food poisoning from take out, $48.00 and soup all leaked out and the rest tasted funny.. I was sick for 24 hours
I've been to Joia a few times. Not sure if they've changed owners or what. The service was awful. The bartender did the best he could. They ran out of three different liquors we were drinking. Food was not served correctly. Received my salad after I was done with my meal. We asked to see the manager. 45 minutes he came over. As we were telling him our concerns, he interupted constantly, said he has enough regulars and didn't need our business. Basically said our business doesn't matter to him.
