I bought a yellow jacket tubing bender from here in Witchita, KS. I thought the one with the reverse tubing bender because it's cheaper than buying the reverse bender kit separately. The Witchita store accidentally gave me the bender without the reverse kit, I didn't notice until a month later. I called the Tulsa location and spoke with Doug the manager and he told me he would make it right, I showed up to get the reverse bender kit to be made whole on what I initially bought.
