I rarely complain, but unfortunately, I will have to subject you all to this story to maybe get some resolution. I'll Give the front desk guys 5 stars. But if this place doesn't get their stuff together with answering the phone I'm just going to start shopping somewhere else. God forbid a human answer the phone and provide pricing.
