Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I purchased 20x25x2 filters, and despite the receipt clearly stating the correct size, I was handed 25x25x2 filters. I didn’t discover the error until I was already at the job site. In this industry, time is money, and a mistake like this is a massive inconvenience for the technician and the customer. Do better. To the owner, I don't need any adjustment. I used those filters elsewhere but wouldn't mind a freebie 🤭.
On point usually but I cannot fathom how a furnace parts store does not stock 6 guages wire. Guess I’m going to Home Depot? Insane.
Don't really have an experience shopping here but was recently offered a position here and they had me go take a drug screen and a breathalyzer then never called me. I was disappointed
gone downhill fast, go to duncan. way more helpful and less disdainful of their customers.
