There is a dock for trucks on the east side of the building. There is plenty of room to maneuver in the parking lot. You have to walk around to the front to check in with them. I don't think they use any of the back doors. It took them about an hour and a half to unload me. The main reason it took so long was because they had issues finding room to store the HVAC units I was delivering.
