I ordered a mini split and 4 ceiling cassettes, 4 line sets, 4 wire sets and 1 mounting bracket. He read back my order as i had ordered it and said it would be ready for pickup on 26 June and gave me the quote for what was ordered. The order finally showed up on 2 July. When I picked up the order, 1 of the cassettes had been left off the order and it will cost an additional $700 to get it. This was my favorite supply store. . The only store I go to who has a Michelle that really helps me. Very nice people. Friendly staff. Joe and the guys really work hard for you and do everything to try to help you. I hope I see these guys again. I’m going to Miss el Sun Valley store. Man,, I hope you guys come back. We have a Customer in Houston with a defective Warranty compressor in their Coleman unit mind you it's 7/5 and over a 100 degrees in Houston today. 1st. We called johnstone supply at 2120 Shepherd 713-868-8967 was inquiring about a Warranty Compressor was told we would have to pay for compressor up front and would refund our $ and would take about 1 week.
