Johnstone is the best place to go for all your HVAC needs. The service is always excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Absolutely terrible. They refused to sell me Nu22 without proper explanation. The only condition they agreed to sell it was if I come physically and they can sell only 2 cans because they “don’t want to deplete their stock”. No one provided proper explanation why they refused to sell. My company has an account with Johnstone and they still refused. Absolutely trash and ridiculous customer service. I went to united refrigeration in Newark who sold me 10 cans of Nu22 without any issues. You have terrible customer service. You ... read more
