If you need tools, stay away from this place. I bought a scale a month ago; when I opened it to put batteries in, the screws were already stripped. I went back to explain the issue, but they wouldn't take it back—they would only warranty it. Today, I picked up Supco breakers to troubleshoot a Trane PCB board. Both breakers were tripped open right out of the box and had clear signs on the casing that they had been used.
