Our family has lived here for 7 years. It is our home. We have great neighbors. Feel safe. Never had any issues with the complex.The maintenance group is excellent , very efficient and do repairs etc in a timely manner. The office staff is warm and friendly and extremely professional. The complex has a unique look an feel. High ceilings and wide open spaces!
Security gates are often broken. Deadlines and threats are made, which are impossible for the tenant to satisfy i.e. Sundays, when the office is unmanned, phone calls returned up to a week later, rapid turnover of agents, and none ever tell the same story twice, etc. The property is gorgeous, but is not worth the hassles. Leasing agents will tell you that bad reviewers are mad because they were evicted, that is not the case. I've lived here for about two months. When I first moved in, I needed my fridge repaired. It was fixed within 24 hours. I stay in a 2 bedroom 1700 sq ft apartment for less than $800 per month. Elevator went down a little more than a month ago, but is getting fixed now. Beyond that, the staff is friendly. It's not a bad place. I enjoy it here.
This is my first apartment and I have been here since 2008 and I love it!
I love this place. My roommate and I have been living here a few months now and so far no complaints. There were a few problems in our appointment when we moved in, but maintenance came right away and fixed everything. The office and maintenance Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym area are always clean and in good condition. I also love that there is easy access to the river walk and we are only about a mile from downtown. That one review has me hurling over in laughter. The girls in the office are awesome and sweet as pie. They will literally jump hurdles to make sure you get what you want, need and can afford. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is neighborly. I have the Doffer floor plan and I absolutely love it. There is literally nothing to complain about. If you are complaining like Bitter Betty it's probably personal.
