RecommendedVery spacious funky lofts at a reasonable price. Lofts are not for everyone: High ceilings and lots of open space will get your electric bill high if you are not careful. Terrible experience of being lied to and pushed around. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you haven’t looked read previous reviews and do a criminal record review of the location. It all makes sense now. Even though I said this is okay they are good people. I ended up living in a parking lot with my house packed In a moving trailer for 5 days waiting for a simple yes or no answer from corporate. I want my refund that was promised. We just moved in and this whole building is amazing. Aesthetically, the perfect look of modern minimalism, awesome. And the fact that is an upcycled historic building is even better. Yet it has all the modern amenities like pool, tennis court and laundry. Also, the neighbors are super nice !!! I’m glad I chose JML !!!
When I first came here ALL of them were nice. I seen the model and I loved it. I been here for 9 months and never had any problems the neighbor's are very nice. The first experience I had was when the pipe exploded in the kitchen. I wasn't really concerned about the material things because it can be replaced. This happened that following Tuesday of March that night they put me in a hotel for two nights and by Friday I was in a new apartment. I have lived here going on 8 years and love it... the staff is awesome from the office staff to maintenance... they always have a smile on their faces... anything that needs to be done they are willing to do it and quickly...
