Unfortunately my experience at Dr. Johnson’s office was unpleasant. Upon the initial scheduling the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. I called prior to my appointment to verify insurance coverage and upfront costs and was given an amount, as this was my first time at this office I wanted to be sure I was completely prepared. Upon arriving, check in was smooth. I was not asked for any payment which I did inquire about, and I was taken to begin my consultation. My daughter had a tooth removed by Dr Johnson and his team and we were both so impressed. The facility is superbly run and my daughter, who is terrified by needles, was treated so nicely and got her IV without any issues. Dr Johnson is so kind and the staff really cares about their patients!
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Johnson and his office. Everything was very organized and seamless. Both he and his staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive. We were blown away with his level of attentiveness and professionalism.
