The women my husband and I delt with was rude and very unprofessional. Once she learned we weren't looking to spend more than $8,000 she wanted nothing to do with us. She refused to share information on vehicles we were interested in, and she repeatedly ignored our questions. Needless to say, we took our business to Griffiths.

I’ve bought 3 cars from them. I made the mistake of buying a used vehicle from another dealer (Brookville), had a problem with it not even 6 weeks into owning it I had it back 2 times for repair. I talked to Jamie in sales who pretty much told me I was SOL. I commented to her that Johnson Motors would have made an effort to make it right she actually told me, “well I guess you should have bought it there then”.
