Stopped to look at some used SUV’s but apparently their salespeople don’t care about selling a $9,000 used vehicle. Rude and wouldn’t go out to open up one so we could take a look at it because it was to cold. Would never go back.

Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in October from the lower 40. They were very nice people to work with and I was very excited about my new car. November 29th my check engine light came on so I scheduled to have it looked at by my car repair shop. Drove 3 and a half hours to look at a truck. when we arrived, the guy told me the vehicle was sold that morning. In our many text back and forth, he told me he would text me if the truck sold so we wouldn't waist a trip. No text, no phone call. Couldn't even offer me a deal on another vehicle.
