As a practicing attorney in the same city, I have referred cases to Courtney and she does a very good job protecting her clients’ interests.
You’d think some honor would be a requirement for the job. Brooke intentionally allows her clients to misrepresent the truth. She leaves documents out to attempt to skew the arbitrators perspective. Costing both sides additional fees when arbitrator had a to request the docs. We all see through it. Spoil alert, she’s going to lose this case. ;)
Very unprofessional. Not communicative. Very rude when they do communicate, which is rare. Good luck if you choose them.
Courtney Schmitz and Kayla Fields are outstanding, professional, and highly effective attorneys. Working with Natalie Paul was a true pleasure. She and her team(Stephanie Fay) handled my probate case promptly, professionally and compassionately.
