Roy did a great job of diagnose the problem. As limit switches in the electric heating coils assembly. He ordered the switches and when they were delivered he replaced and system works great now. Before calling Johnson I had another un-named HVAC contractor come out. They did not trouble shot and said I needed a whole new assembly. They ordered the wrong assembly and come to find out assembly was discontinued. That is when I called Johnson and was extremely satisfied with Roy’s knowledge of my heating system.
