Very happy with the prompt and courteous service I received. My A/C had no cool air on a 90+ degree day. It was repaired quickly and cool air was restored in minutes. Had a shower replacement which took 3months after ordering. Shower was fine but did not finish. I was told that they no longer replace any drywall. I am now left with an expensive and unusable shower because all studs are exposed and not finished top and sides. Extremely upset and disappointed. *******************************

We have been in contact with ************************. We are going to address the situation correctly and complete the work as he has asked. There was a miscommunication in the change in our scope of work, as we cannot find a drywall subcontractor who is not booked out 3 more months.
Semiannual checkup done efficiently. One problem found, addressed after consulting me, and corrected.Suggestion of the addition of a new safety feature but no pressure to add it.Have always been pleased with all aspects of dealing with Johnsons.
