Clicked the button at 3 different times to GET A FREE QUOTE. No one ever contacted me, so called and had to set up appt for an estimate. Scheduled for Monday at 1 pm. We sat and waited until 1:30 then called store. The guy who answered told me that Dustin was at lunch!? I said well he had a meeting with us at 1 and was waiting on him. He advices he would try to get ahold of him and see what was going on. 4 hours later still no return call. I went into Johnson Floor & Home in Tulsa. At 3940 S Sheridan. Spent 2 hours picking out carpet and tile. I made an appointment for them to come to the house I am buying today June 9, 2020. At 9:30 am. They NEVER showed or even gave me the courtesy of a phone call saying they weren’t ccoming to the appointment... that says to me... if they can’t show up to an appoint to measure the house... then I wouldn’t trust them to show up to even install the carpet and tile.
