We have been looking for an exercise bike that can accommodate my back injuries. I visited with the manager, Mike and he was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. He was very knowledgeable and let me try out several different models. The purchase was easy and delivery was quick and efficient. Mike was responsive, helpful and reliable.
