I had been going to Dr. Johnson for several months for pain that was radiating in to my butt cheeks. In January 2015 I had seen my primary and took Dr. Johnson the results from my lumbar spine which showed I had grade 2 Spondylolisthesis and a pars bone defect which I didn't know that was a fracture in my back.
