We brought our son to Dr. Alterman (who was about a year old at the time) after having his fifth round of ear infections. We wanted to try all other options before considering tubes. She was very informative and recommended adjustments along with a dairy free diet. We are thrilled to say he has not had another ear infection since. We have also noticed him getting sick in general less often. He very much enjoys visiting Dr. Alterman. She is patient and gentle. Our son often smiles through the whole adjustment!

I have a lot of love for Dr. J and Dr. A! You will not only leave feeling better, but chocked full of necessary information to KEEP you better. When I noticed my newborn son was having difficulty nursing on one side, I knew from growing up in chiropractic care, I should get him checked out and before I even gave birth, I knew I wanted to get him to see a chiropractor. A few months ago my daughter began having difficulty breathing while sleeping due to enlarged tonsils and the ENT specialist recommended that we have them removed. There should really be more than 5 stars for Dr. Alterman & Dr. Johnson! My family of four (myself, husband, 6 yr old, and 5 month old) have been in their care for about six months and every interaction has been thorough & positive! Once I came in with a cold and Dr. J worked some essential oil/reflexology magic on my face and scalp. She didn't have to do that, but she did because she cares about your whole being! I recently started taking my 5 month old son to Dr. A. After only two or three adjustments, my guy doesn't scream in his car seat anymore when we are driving somewhere. It's such a relief-for both of us. He is also sleeping better at night. Because of his amazing improvements, we have also started my 2 and a 1/2 year old daughter with Dr. A as well as myself! My experience with Blooming Bellies has been nothing less than pleasant. Dr. Alterman is very confident and passionate about what she does, in turn making me very comfortable. Dr.'s Alterman & Johnson have been a part of our family's holistic care for over 5 years. When our daughter was just under 2 years old, she was experiencing recurring ear infections.
