After many years of working as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, and instructor in dental programs, I chose Dr. Ben Johnson and staff as my personal dental family. My experience with this office has been professional, efficient and caring. I fully recommend!
I am providing this review to document my experience with Johnson Family Dental regarding a dental bridge procedure that was delayed, altered from the original treatment plan, and resulted in both clinical and billing concerns. I was scheduled to have a dental bridge completed on September 16, 2025. During that appointment, the dentist was unable to complete the procedure due to the bridge not fitting properly. I moved to Paducah last fall and needed a new dentist. I'm so happy a friend recommended Dr. Ben and his friendly team. They are very helpful answering any billing/ insurance questions. So far , 2 visits and no cavities reported so he gets to be my favorite Dentist ever!!! The results may not be the same for every visit, but I will still recommend him :)
Dr. Johnson and staff are amazeballs! As someone who has a major needle phobia, especially in the mouth, I was euphorically surprised when I didn't feel the pain of the shot. He and the whole staff were patient, thorough and easy going. If you have a dental phobia, but in the market for a new dentist, he's definitely your guy!!!
