Charged $1170 to file my pretty basic taxes and only found $200, thats almost 12x the amount I was charged the last 2 years to file pretty well the same taxes, elsewhere and only a quarter of the return. Definitely a learning experience, cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Gave them complete info to refill my taxes. No word for 3 weeks stopped in was told it was sitting on someone’s desk with no communication within the office so nothing was done that whole time. Gave them another 2 weeks. Nothing done. Was told at that time more info needed but not one phone call on their part to notify us. We wouldn’t have known this unless we stopped in No call from them. Cancelled their service and would never recommend them or return to them. Almost 6 weeks in their office with Nothing done

Jeff has been doing our taxes for years now and I cannot recommend his team enough! Ben is GREAT! Everyone in the office is very personable and friendly and always goes above and beyond. They are always there to answer questions and have helped us with any problem that has come up. You will not be sorry to have Johnson CPA do your taxes!
