Slow to respond if at all and if you do get someone, they "say" they will come fix it but actually never do. When I call the number, they disconnect before I get to talk to anyone. I hope this gets improved for a service that we rely on the safety and well being of our members. This is not the first, second, or 5th time this has happened. This is usually the standard. Much prefer PYE Barker to do any work on our fire panel.
Had a good conversation with one of the supervisors concerning one of their driver's behavior. I believe he was sincere and desired a fair outcome. I appreciated his call back and his professionalism in the conversation.
