Had to call Jonson Controls for the company I work for and was told someone was on their way. No one came out and I called back two days after to see were we where on the schedule and was told that we owed a past due amount and our account went to credit collection when the service call was placed so no one was coming. I am very upset that no one called us back to let us know this, so I get transferred to the billing department to pay the bill of $500 that was owed. One of your drivers was driving excessively fast. 70mph in a 55 zone and 50 in a 25 zone. Also nearly ran through a stop sign until they saw the car coming from the left. Location is Wattendorf Hwy, Grady Finney Rd, and Bains Rd in Hillsboro, Tn at 3:42pm on Thursday August 22, 2024. Vehicle was a white Ford pickup truck. The safety reporting service was unhelpful because i could not get the vehicle id number.
