The medical professionals, speaking of Dr. Carlson and his team, are great at their given profession, and after three surgeries involving two kids. Both operations were a success with great results. At this point, no other eye care physician could satisfy our needs and wants when it comes to the satisfactory results when it comes to surgical eye care and after medical treatment. My daughter had to have eye surgery here and we are glad that she had it done here. The staff , the nurses , and everyone that we had to deal with were all friendly and caring to us.
Excellent, professional staff, nurses, Techs, Dr. Alan McCartt, exceptional in every way. I was very well taken care of from start to finish.
I've not been in since pre-COVID, and thus can't speak to safety measures of the office, but Dr. McCartt has been a great opthalmolagist for me - listens well to the entirety of what I'm going through and offers sound advice.
The social distancing protocols in place are not acceptable for the current level of coronavirus cases in the area, especially when a large portion of their clients are elderly. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful but I thought the male nurse that assisted my Mother and the Doctor were somewhat rude and cold to us.
