Had been to this clinic for three years and a procedure a certain procedure was done each time with no charges. The last time I was there I was charged with this procedure. When I questioned the sudden charge, they said that the Doctor had decided not to charge me the first two times but obviously decided to charge me the last time. They reminded me that I had signed to pay the charge.
