I went around the time they stopped taking walk-ins (stop taking walk-ins @ 3 )My fault I wasn't aware. I have Poison Ivy and I'm hyper allergic, so I was a bit stressed walking in and they handled me well, in regards to turning me away and were friendly in the lobby. I bumped up from a 3 to 4 because they let me have water from the fountain. But also some "directories" should be updated, I was given an old address with Co-pilot. I've had plenty of health professionals treat me rudely. That has caused me to be extra anxious when it comes to dr visits. Here, they are so nice that I never want to see anyone else. I made my Dr my GP and I never had one of those before. I am autistic and ADD, they are so kind to me. The staff at the entrance are always pleasant. I am grateful for this place
