I've been going to this facility since I moved here 6 years ago. At first, it was marketed as a place for low income people to obtain affordable Healthcare. And it was, I paid 25 dollars a visit. Over the years, it's not only gone up in price but now if you no longer qualify for their sliding scale, its 180.00 a visit to see a nurse practitioner, NOT an actual doctor (something they don't tell you up front). The front staff provided terrible service, being rude both on the phone and in person. Additionally, I should not be hearing about a woman’s pap smear appointment; where is the discretion? This place is something else.

The professionals at this clinic have impeccable bedside manner. I have been here for anxiety, women's health, and for other physical health issues. Nothing but a good experience all around for everything I've been seen for. Renee is so incredibly compassionate. She truly listens and takes your symptoms seriously and advocates for you to get tests done.
Nicol, the phlebotomist probably has more customer service in her little fingernail then 90% of all the doctors offices added together. I was struggling with having my blood drawn for another doctor at quest labs The order had been in the system since 10 one and when I went on 11 four they couldn't find it anywhere and I told Nicol that I had to go back and be stuck again if they could find the doctor orders and she asked who it was for and I told her Tommy Sparks and by the time I got to quest Nicol's calling me telling me ... read more
