I can never get a hold of a live person for questions, or even to schedule an appt. I needed my record and chart number to open up a patient portal, and I couldn't even leave a message. I'm an hour away, so I'm not driving all the way down there to obtain that info. Ridiculous. On another note, Rebecca Flora-Waterman is wonderful. She has great bedside manner and really listens.
4/18/25-they are “closed November 11 for veteran’s day” they can’t even get their holidays/dates correct. Been waiting on a call back for 3 days, they SWORE this time they would call me back, and for the 3rd time totally ignored me. Every time it starts to get a little better, this crap happens and you remember they suck.
Love the staff and doctors especially Tj Armstong and the front desk staff.
