We shopped everywhere, from big-box retailers to locally owned places. We went to Degraaf Interiors and then went to Johnson's and our salesperson was Lori. We bought the exact same flooring for way less than Degraaf. Their price was even less than the big-box places for same flooring brand and we get local service and support. Thank you Lori :)
Worst shopping experience of my adult life; as a homeowner. I wanted to buy flooring from a LOCAL, reputable company. I needed good advice so I shopped around a few LOCAL flooring companies until I found something I was interested in. 4 visit's later, the Johnson Carpet "wanna-be" sales rep insults my ability to make a good purchase decision AFTER discovering they don't carry the product I'm looking for... My takeaway? If keeping my business local is always going to be like this...I'll visit the "big bad box store" next time... read more
