Took car in for an oil change. Told it would take an hour which is not a problem. After work started rep came and told me I needed a new battery which was available in town and would be a half hour. Again not a problem and I waited. After an hour and a half I went to find out what the problem was. Told wrong battery sent and rep was at lunch so no one could resolve til return. Told another 15 minutes for battery to get here. Still waiting an my oil change is now 4 and 1/2 hours and counting.

Kevin had my car ready to go when I pulled in and let me eat my tacos at his desk (mom life got the best of me this morning and I forgot to eat) and Joe was able to find me the best rate and answer any and all my questions! I tried tagging y'all in my post, but it couldn't find you 😔
